Year 10 – Employability & Mock Interview Event
A supportive, practical and career-focused session designed to prepare students for real-life interviews and future applications. Volunteers will conduct 1:1 mock interviews, provide constructive feedback and support small groups with CV writing and interview techniques.
This event is structured, meaningful and confidence-boosting, helping students develop professionalism, communication skills and interview readiness in a safe and encouraging environment.
Full refreshments including tea, coffee, Danishes, savouries and cakes provided.

Years 9 – Beyond Northampton School Careers Fair
A vibrant, informative and future-focused careers fair where students and parents can engage directly with employers, apprenticeship providers, universities and colleges.
This event is designed to inspire ambition, raise aspirations and provide clear progression pathways by offering real conversations about careers, opportunities and the world of work. A fantastic opportunity to showcase your organisation while making a genuine community impact.

STEPHENSON ACADEMY – MILTON KEYNES

Year 9 – Fawlty Towers Enterprise Day
A dynamic, creative and collaborative enterprise challenge that brings business concepts to life through a hospitality theme. Students will explore customer expectations, branding, marketing strategies and business planning while designing their own hotel concept.
This engaging and imaginative session encourages teamwork, creativity, leadership and strategic thinking in a fun and supportive environment.

THE RADCLIFFE SCHOOL – MILTON KEYNES

Year 7 – Speed Interviewing Event
A fun, friendly and confidence-building introduction to careers for younger students. Volunteers help students explore different job roles, workplace skills and career journeys in an encouraging and approachable setting.
This session is energetic, engaging and extremely valuable for early career awareness.

SHENLEY BROOK END SCHOOL – MILTON KEYNES

A motivating, interactive and inspiring event designed to introduce students to the world of work at an early stage. Students gain exposure to a wide variety of careers while developing confidence, questioning skills and communication abilities.

HIGHAM LANE SCHOOL – EMPLOYABILITY EVENT (YEAR 12)
Thursday 25th June 2026 | 10:00am – 12:30pm
A professional, structured and highly impactful employability session focused on interview preparation, CV development and career readiness. Students will take part in realistic mock interviews and receive expert feedback from business volunteers.
This is a confidence-building and transformative session for sixth form students preparing for their next steps.

MAGDALEN COLLEGE SCHOOL – EMPLOYABILITY EVENT (YEAR 12)

An engaging, supportive and career-focused event designed to strengthen interview skills, personal presentation and employability confidence. Volunteers play a key role in mentoring, guiding and inspiring students as they prepare for higher education and employment.
