The question we like to be able to answer is "Would you leave your child at that company". How do we know the answer to this question? Well, there are lots of ways; firstly we as a staff team are all trained in IOSH and RoSPA, school and college Health & Safety qualifications – which is really the tip of the iceberg. We all have children and we have been working together as a work experience team since 2009. We visit companies offering work experience to ensure the quality of each placement. We ask the pertinent questions and you get straight forward responses. We talk to staff and tour the business. We ask the questions that the students need to know.
